Hi, I’m Emarya. Although I was born in Spokane Washington, I grew up in Lewisburg West Virginia. I began acting at five years old with Greenbrier Valley Theatre. They also gave me my first professional gig at nine years old. After 22 amateur plays and 15 mainstage equity productions, I owe my love for the theatre and a solid chunk of my education to GVT.

After leaving Lewisburg, I spent four years at West Virginia University graduating with a Musical Theatre degree. My most notable roles include The Witch in Into the Woods, Celimene in The Misanthrope, and Charlotte in R+H’s Cinderella.

Outside of theatre, I have played violin since I was nine years old. While I used to play in a Celtic rock band, nowadays I play weddings and funerals, and I work as an acting musician.
